How did you become a financial advisor?

I began my career at Chase Bank as a banker in 2010 while pursuing my education. In 2015, I ventured into hospital administration but after two years, I realized I found managing money easier than managing people. This realization led me to transition to become a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Seeking growth and industry knowledge, I joined Baird in 2020. Nearly four years later, I recognized the importance of providing quality service to my clients. In pursuit of a forward-thinking wealth management approach, I made the strategic move to Savvy.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking personal growth, families looking to strengthen their financial goals, dedicated soccer players aiming to enhance their financial futures, and ambitious business owners striving for success.

Is there a unique approach you take?

I prefer to take a behavioral wealth management approach to investing for clients. By delving deep into a client's goals, needs, and understanding their personality and values, I aim to tailor strategies that align perfectly with their unique situation. This personalized approach not only targets favorable results but also takes the emotions that can cause poor decision-making off the table.

Is there a typical area of expertise that you have?

I focus on personal financial management/planning, retirement planning, business succession, risk and tax management, along with estate and trust planning.

What types of strategies do you usually help clients with?
‍

My clients' strategies are tailored to their specific needs, making our journey together a fun process as we build our relationship. When I work with clients who have never worked with an advisor before, it is important for me to address their wealth goals and how we can work together to help them achieve them. When I work with clients that have worked with an advisor or are currently working with an advisor I want to identify and address any concerns they may have with their current advisor and/or financial situation, whether it’s to focus on a better risk/tax management or timing of retire and the transition to a different life stage.

I work with clients who need financial planning, estate planning/review, risk management or insurance, income strategies, behavioral coaching, and specialized planning (business sales, philanthropy). While these may seem like many different options, in reality, they cross over in many ways to the ultimate goal of achieving financial stability, self-reliance, and preparedness for life's uncertainties.

Working with Savvy

Working with Savvy will give me the flexibility, technology, and support needed to provide for clients not only today but for many years to come.

What's your favorite part about working with clients as a financial advisor?

I love getting to know them on a personal level where they would almost consider me a friend not just the financial guy. Watching them grow and succeed knowing that I can help is a reward in itself.
